Brad Hansen is a Southern California real estate professional, investor, and builder with a deep focus on the South Bay, specializing in Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, and surrounding coastal communities. Ten years in the business, more than $200 million sold across 90 transactions. With a background in property acquisition, renovation, and new construction, Brad brings a developer’s eye to every transaction. His hands-on experience spans full remodels, ground-up builds, ADUs, and value-add investments, allowing him to identify opportunities, foresee challenges, and guide clients with clarity and confidence.
